Orange is a citrus fruit packed with vitamin C and calcium. I like to eat oranges after exercising or when you want a small snack, and I also like to eat it before sleeping. Also, calcium is really good for bone health, and it can make your teeth stronger. Oranges can even prevent kidney stones, heart diseases, and fight inflammation. And, also oranges are really hydrating. It has 86% water in it. Oranges are so tasty because the citric acid present in oranges adds a tangy flavor that increases their taste.
